About Reiki

Reiki is a gentle form of healing energy work. Reiki enables deep rest and relaxation, which promotes a person's natural ability to heal. Reiki can be used to treat both physical and emotional issues, and it's extremely helpful for stress reduction.

Many hospitals have adopted Reiki as part of patient services. It has been shown to help people heal faster with less pain.

A session is done by placing the hands on or slightly above the body in a series of positions, on a massage table while fully clothed.

Reiki sessions are 1 hour long and include a brief conversation, transmission of Reiki energy, and time to rest.

I trained in Reiki 1 & 2 at Minka Brooklyn, practiced Community Reiki at Maha Rose NYC, and received my Reiki Master training through Zaanti Reiki in Chicago.
